kiddy
(With apologies to JLD's) Let's look back on what actually happened, including the original post. Lewis in his day better than them all On 22/05/2016 at 20:31, kiddy said: Lewis, on his day, wasn't better than Oliver McCall & Hasim Rahman. That he had to avenge those defeats would suggest as much, as good a champion as he was. 9 hours ago, J_Stewart said: Let's just look back on what actually happened, shall we... Kiddy posts this utter drivel: It's responded to with the mocking it deserves: Kiddy responds with: No response, he's been called out on his nonsense, has no retort, and slinks off the thread, never to mention it again. You're welcome for the clarification. Good day. Lee Haskins v Stuart Hall might be a decent fight on Saturday's undercard, don't think Charlie Edwards will be quite ready for his shot, although they must be reasonably confident if they're putting him in after only 8 fights. Nothing else looks even remotely interesting. 13 hours ago, MarkoRaj said: Delete your account For clarification, if you pair don't have the mental capacity to follow a simple observation, there is precious little I can do. These 2 fights are at a decent level and are a lot closer even if they do involve a favourite.
kiddy
Fcukin hell, for a minute I was thinking Brook looks like he'll struggle to make the weight, then realised it was Naseem Hamed! Looks like he'd eat Golovkin himself.

NorthernJambo
Be hoping Brook does well but can't see anything other than a destructive GGG stoppage. Similar to Canelo Khan?
NorthernJambo
Understandable thoughts on it. I think Brook could try to get in and out and use speed, but I'm not convinced he will. Think GGG would be happy enough to let him try though, would walk him down and the size and power difference will tell in time. Hopefully it's a great fight and there's an appetite for a second, can't see it though and think there'll be more questions over what's next for both.
Meth Damon
Wouldn't be confident betting on it though, GGG has carried people in fights before and can see him doing it again in front of a new crowd
J_Stewart
GGG in round 7 or 8 with a body shot would be my guess. Give the crowd a "Big Drama Show" and then finish it having stalked down Brook for a round and a half.

I've said it before but you have to hand it to Hearn from a business perspective he's very shrewd.

Marshmallo
I've got Golovkin in the 6th btw, a body shot KO wouldn't surprise me. He'll cut off the ring and walk Brook down. -
Marshmallo
Buzzing for the presser today - looking forward to hearing that Kell was a big welter, he feels good at the weight, he's got a huge crowd behind him and how Golovkin has never fought anyone like him before. -
Boostin' Kev
It's a hard fight to predict apart from the obvious outcome. I can see Golovkin carrying Brook longer than he has to. Can't see it going far into the second half of the fight tbh.

Dominic Ingle unequivocally stating that Golovkin is slowing down will be another highlight to look out for. Crowd being called "the best fans in the world" and / or described as "educated" is also a solid outside bet.
