Would seem a bit pointless signing him as a left back considering we've got two left backs who are better. Left wing would maybe make sense, as we only have Kennedy for that position, still be surprised if we signed someone for there when we're still desperate for a central player, unless Celtic are heavily subsidising his wages. He certainly wouldn't be a regular player though.
Super_J
Mad to think Muzz would probably be smashing 400 appearances had he not missed so much over the years. What a boy.
nelsjfc
Mad to think Muzz would probably be smashing 400 appearances had he not missed so much over the years. What a boy. You'd could argue that if he hadn't had as many injuries problems he might not have been at saints long enough for 300 games though. A shame he didn't add that little bit of finesse on the ball to take his game to another level. Still, he has been brilliant for us and when he's deployed at his best he can still dominate midfields.
Kyle
Easton pulled up injured on Tuesday again. Given Wright's comments about signing a full back earlier in the summer, that would add weight to the Miller rumour.

He can cover all the left sided positions, will likely be happy with getting chances here and there, and should be cheaper than Driver. Hard to not feel sorry for Easton.

There is a Celtic site running the Miller story: BRENDAN RODGERS is delighted to welcome Emilio Izaguirre back to the club. Speaking to this week’s Celtic View the manager was full of praise for the returning left-back. And Rodgers revealed that this will now allow Calvin Miller to get some match-time while out on loan, with St Johnstone a viable option for that move. “To sign Emilio was an opportunity that came to us late on while we were striving to get cover for Kieran Tierney and to allow young Calvin Miller to go out on loan." Tommy Wright tried to take Calvin Miller on loan in January and although Rodgers considered the proposal carefully he decided that he needed to maintain the cover for Kieran Tierney. Now though with Izaguirre’s return, Miller will be allowed to go out and this will undoubtedly help his development. https://thecelticstar.com/rodgers-send-defender-loan-switching-belgians/

Mr Positive, sometimes.
Liam Gordon along with Ando as we all probably knew doubtful for tomorrow. Personally didn't know Gordon was injured. From unofficial twitter.

The Marly
‘Nice to see Minsk get beat 8-1.’ St Johnstone banter page. Even better is the guy who replied that "they were 4-0 up going into the tie".4-0 up and got beat 8-1 aye?
csteinle
Of course, it was Dinamo Minsk that suffered an extra time collapse last night, a team that Saints have never played.

Tbf he's right. They were 4-0 up from the first leg, the 8-1 was a, highly suspicious, second leg result.
