FifeArab
Cannot think of any positive question where the answer is Yerry Mina, as GD has already said, Barca have a shocking lack of strength in depth. Real could play:Bale Benzema Ronaldoand bring on: Isco, Asensio, VazquezBarca don’t have that.
Guest Moomintroll
This has to be one of the worst ever examples of hyberbole by Sky Sports commentators. League Champions by a mile play less than half a team and lose to a team with nothing much to play for. Apparently this is a result to reverberate around the ages, no it was an end of the season whocaresfest.
football10
Reports: Neymar Wants To Play With Ronaldo REAL MADRID continue to work at prising unsettled Neymar away from Paris Saint-Germain. The Spaniards are treading carefully as they are anxious to show their respect for the French club and do things the right way. PSG obviously don’t want to lose the Brazilian striker they paid a world record £198million for last summer when he left Barcelona. But Marca say the 26-year-old is unhappy in Paris and the general standard of play in the French League 1. Neymar would welcome the chance to return to La Liga and play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
football10
Atletico Madrid say they are ‘fed up’ with Barcelona over Antoine Griezmann Marin issued his strongly worded rebuke hours after a Spanish radio station reported that Barcelona were poised to pay the French international’s 100 million-euro release clause. The Atletico CEO said the club’s stance was very clear. “Not once have we negotiated for Griezmann nor do we have any intention to do so,” he said in a statement issued on the team’s official website. “A few months ago, I personally expressed to Barcelona’s president that our player isn’t for sale nor are we going to sell him,” he continued. “At the same time, I let him know that his inappropriate conduct was against the integrity of the competition . . . ” The uncertainty over Griezmann’s future could not have come at a worse time for Atletico as they prepare for next week’s Europa League final against Marseille. Marin added: “We’re fed up with Barcelona’s attitude.

When Levante appointed Paco Lopez - who had never previously coached a professional side - in March, they had one league win in six months. They won tonight, they have 25 points in 10 games since - more than any other La Liga team. It’s an incredible turnaround for a team who were stick ons for relegation, yet Valverde totally ignored their recent performances and results when choosing his team/squad last night. He’s an arrogant p***k.
Jamaldo
Genuinely didn't know who the Barca manager was until I read this thread yesterday. That's how little I follow European football.

Granny Danger
Iniesta is irreplaceable, but Barca’s biggest challenge in the forthcoming season is to improve their squad. Can’t have a fantastic starting XI and a lot of second raters on the bench. Sadly that’s what will happen under Valverde.
