Inverness holds a Silver licence last renewed in December which obliges them to have a separate Finance Manager "responsible for financial matters at the football club", or else engage an external provider working on at least a monthly cycle of involvement. In either case there must be written contracts and responsibilities plus memberships of an appropriate professional body.

Incidentally with Bronze now required to play above HL/LL wouldn't administration potentially imperil that? Licence is due for renewal within next 3 months.

If I understand the SPFL rules correctly, the SPFL Board can waive a club’s requirement to comply with any part of the Membership Criteria (Rule D6). And if they decide not to waive the requirement, the Board can’t expel the club. The member club would have to be voted out by a Qualified Resolution at a General Meeting (Rule D3). The SPFL Articles define a Qualified Resolution as requiring the support of not less than 90% of the Premiership clubs; 75% of Premiership and Championship clubs and 75% of all member clubs.

Remember when we were sponsored by Subway and had this f**king awful mascot. I bet some young fans had nightmares about it

It's like he's fallen on hard times and let himself go a bit.

Both ourselves and hearts played in the championship when bronze was required at that level but we were still entry due to our recent administrations.  It would be an incredible step for the spfl to kick out a club just as it survives admin.

A Bronze licence has never been required at any level until this season, it was only a Bronze ground needed for the top two tiers.

yeah, I'm pretty sure we were only Entry (overall) right up until a few months ago also, Obv the stadium bit was satisfied.

If it’s any consolation to The Caley fans, events such as this always make for a cracking P&B thread.

The BTCALT doesn't have quite the same ring to it as the BRALT though.

I wasn't around for the BRALT so it's nice to see madness like this unravel in real time. Not nice obviously, but entertaining.

It's the brass neck of Ferguson that gets me (was he a Gardiner appointment?) Absolutely useless, scamming the club for thousands per week when he knew the state you were in, and he's still f**king at it.

An absolute chunt, it's not like he's strapped for cash either, should've done the decent thing and walked away when he failed and took you down. IMO.
