Just when we finally have enough right back options to see him moved to midfield. Although it's a step up, it would likely be short lived and he'd be back in the Championship next season again.

Also, Livingston is boring as f**k

Could well be that we brought Kerr in because this was going to happen. At least we will be getting some cash in for him but it’s not good news for him to be going out the door.

Selling point by Martindale will be it has a 'designer outlet village' though which might trump Dunc with a bridge and castle

Livi is a strange move. Given if they lose tonight they’re pretty much guaranteed to be in the Championship next season and I’m fairly sure their budget won’t be much more than ours.  But you can’t grudge him wanting to leave the club, he must fancy a new challenge. Perhaps him and his wife want to bring up their new family somewhere else. Good luck to the boy, he’s been brilliant for us.

Good luck to him 100% but can’t say I’d want to go and play for a greetin faced c**t like Martindale for an extra couple hundred quid a month.

Then end up finishing lower than us in the Championship next year.

I'm just going by the latest recommendation that's been posted elsewhere which is for it's rejection at the meeting tomorrow but it might, and hopefully, get ignored.

The club goes out of its way to ignore fans so why should we give a feck about some installation they want to get involved in, after all they are experts in losing money as per their last foray into showbiz?

Livi are too far adrift to make any premiership survival comeback and anyway Livi lose tonight then Martindale will be out the door.

Is Carson actually any good? I see it more as a Championship signing for next season when we try come back up

Martindale will likely get the chance to take us down and see if he can get us back up.

No he's not a very good footballer at all.

What he is is one of those 100%ers that the gallery tend to be taken with.

There's lots to like about him though and there's a lot to be said for his positive play.

Sounds a lot like Nicky Devlin on first opinions then

You’ll love him as he puts in 100% and loves a tackle, runs all day etc but aye, as a footballer he’s not the best. Not the sort of guy you’d be buying to try and survive in the Premiership this season anyway.

Sounds like he'd fit into the playoff winning Livi team, bullying teams and just outworking them. Hopefully that's what we go back to
