Brad Mackay has played 124 games  for ICT, he has has played for Edinburgh City, Hearts, Stenhousemuir and St Johnstone all under experienced managers who themselves had good footballing careers and knew the game inside out.
John Robertson, a Hearts legend, with various managing clubs under his belt, always had Brad Mackay on the starting sheet every saturday.
Take that how you will.
Unless you have managed clubs and know better.

124 too many, the man is dog

And how many clubs have you managed?

So by your take I can assume that the manager, John Robertson, who picked him to start every saturday is dog also?

Saying a player cannot possibly be bad because an actual football manager has played him is a very odd take.

Anyway, speaking of new managers, seems there will be some movement on this front at the start of next week.

Player contracts expire tomorrow so I wouldn’t be surprised to get a squad update next week too.

Hopefully with the Billy Mckay announcement added on...

And no doubt that whoever the new manager will be there will be the usual calls of shite appointment.

Along with;

Neil McCann when he first arrived.

Billy Dodds.

Gardiner.

And lets not forget the ad nauseam posts on the streaming games commentator, when it was easier to turn the sound off.

This will be the cliquiest of cliquey appointments and the longer this CEO is in the job the less enthused about the club I become.

Would you say, taking everything into account, that you could be described as the most optimistic, humourous and positive of posters that welcomes debate?

I for one would miss your regular homilies if and when a further waning of your enthusiasm leads to a lessening of your input.

He'll be a good addition if he comes but if you know this then others know too and we are hardly rolling in cash.

The others would be too late, allegedly.

Todorov is going back to Livi I believe. I’d imagine we’ve offered McKay a deal.

Heard absolutely zero about this, I'm imagining it's because he's been with us before? Wouldn't be the worst signing but surely not a Premiership starter

Just as bad as last week, this making a mockery of Caley.

On 31/10/2020 at 17:58, SandyCromarty said:

There has been a lot of written complaints to Caley regarding the awful coverage, clearly these have not passed on which is an insult to the fans and displays an unwelcome arrogance which we will remember when it comes to ST purchase.

So he say's 'It wasn't as bad as everyone was saying'

So all those who complained on the forums and to the club were wrong.

We the paying fans!!!! didn't have the luxury of sitting in the stand for free to watch the game but had to endure 93 minutes of abysmal coverage which at times panned away from the game at crucial moments.

Commentator is an idiot.

Compared to Dunfermlines coverage last week this is a total fuckin embarrassment for us and the awful coverage is detracting from the game, ICT should apologise for this crap.

Not enough zooming into the play, no replays and a commentary to match the amateurish stream.

The camera needs to get out of the room it's in before the sun gets much lower and onto that usual designated camera scaffolded house on the other side of the pitch.

We all pay for the stream, ST and PPV, we do not expect in the least a Sky Sports type coverage with multiple cameras but for our money we do expect some type of professionalism with the stream, what we had today was an absolute shambles from start to finish and made ICT's acceptance of the system amateurish and not proven.

Dunferrmlin'se coverage last week was world clas compared to the shite on show today and at least their commentator knew the names of all of the players on the park.

ICT you need to drop this system immediately, it is shoddy and farcical with it's output and makes our club a laughing stock.

If stats were taken I'm sure the linesman's head was in 15 minutes of the 93 played.
