The rumour going round is that o e of the players who previously failed a test on international duty has failed one in Dubai.

I'd doubt it but that causes chaos if so.

I read that too.

I read it in your post that one of their players has got the covid. Now someone else will read it in your post and my post. It's now fact.

An “Official Spokesman” for Celtic (I’m amazed that Celtic don’t put up a Spokesperson these days) has said that they’re fine as it was agreed with the Government back in November. That’s like saying that a trip to any other country arranged in February last year for April last year would have also been ok to proceed with. Things change and Celtic should have changed with the way things are now, not November.

So celtic never bothered to check if it was still valid to travel since the situation has changed dramatically since early November,  a law unto themselves.

• "Hotels should be utilised for essential use only."

• "Hotel exclusivity for the team or exclusive floor/areas to avoid contact with other hotel guests is advised. If exclusivity is not possible, other guidelines may be possible which are as follows:

• Private entrance for the team

• Private hotel areas without other guests (hallways, dining rooms, meeting rooms)

Ban on access for players and staff to the Wellness areas, gym and other common areas such as the bar, lounges or lobby."

• "Face masks for players and staff to be used during the stay, outside their own room, the dining room and the team bus"

• "Large dining and meeting rooms, in order to maintain current guidelines on physical distancing."

"Even within a team, physical contact within 2 metres should be avoided as much as possible and should be limited to the playing field."

Aye if Celtic don't get a team onto the pitch Vs Hibs it will have to be a 3-0 win to Hibs.

Utterly baffling behaviour.

They’re from last June’s ‘return to matches protocol’.  Not sure how that impacts celtics players sitting round a table in the UAE.
