peterborough are a set of b*****ds - they used to have a terrace the same as this for away fans, but ripped it up a couple of seasons ago and put in the pathetic all-seater tin-pot shittery that you can just see unther the "wimpy" advertising hoarding - no doubt because any away support numbering more than half a dozen used to be able to drown out the unintelligible grunting from the six-fingered bog-trotting morons at the other end; having been there a couple of times with Rovers - and several hundred like minded individuals (it's an easy trip just down the A1) when an utterly fantastic atmosphere was guaranteed - they've basically emasculated one of the last, proper away terraces in the (english) game. the only other place i've been that was comparible was the old Darwen End terrace at Ewood Park...

apologies - nothing to do with the F A Cup, but the world needs to know about Peterborough United and how they lick the arse of modern football with all its ills, like the slavering, mutant inbreds they are...

They had to after being in the championship, surprissed they haven't done the other end yet.

  • 2 weeks later...

Third Round this weekend with Premiership and Championship sides joining in. 10 clubs each from First and Second Divisions still in it but only 2 guaranteed to go through, Yeovil Town v Bradford City and Doncaster Rovers v Rochdale. Doubt there will be much giant killing although Coventry could beat Stoke if Stoke rest a few players. Maybe Norwich over Chelsea but does anyone care with no non-league clubs left?

Wouldn't be surprised to see Bournemouth lose to Wigan either.  Last year they were thumped 3-0 by Millwall and played a weak team to focus on the league.  Will that be different this year?

Should be a straightforward victory for the Might Reds tonight Robert?

Should be Mel but then again it should have been 3/4 weeks ago ! With no Coutinho or Salah Mane starting is important.

2 reserve sides tonight?

I’m expecting full strength from Liverpool Lichtie. Klopp has rotated very well and don’t think Everton can afford to put a reserve side out their first XI is bad enough.

Allardyce has rotated too, albeit not very well based on the last two results.

If Everton want to take anything today, they'll have to improve on the last game against Liverpool, especially the first half, where it was an absolute battering only saved by a dodgy penalty.

Decent odds for Everton tonight at around 8's. Liverpool are more than capable of throwing in a stinker especially without Salah and Coutinho. Hopefully Rooney isn't too tired  from his community service in the garden centre. Everton are a different team under big Sam, and could scrape at least a draw. A rare live game on council telly too.

Eddie Howe never puts out full sides in cup games hence the defeats. Seems this won't change v Wigan.
