Brother Blades
The bbc news has commented on the latest alcohol consumption figures, the entire report (up to the last sentence) was about how our consumption is still higher than the rest of UK etc. Only a comment from an NHS spokesperson noted that it had fallen & was now lower than since records began.

They had some weird guy on the radio this morning who just whittered on about how the figures weren't real because everyone is just going to Carlisle or drinking illegal booze instead. 3 or 4 minutes he got, pretty much unchallenged, without even an attempt to justify his position with any kind of evidence.
ICTJohnboy
Surprised that the 1pm BBC News, and Reporting Scotland have not reported Ian Blackfords' racist accusations levelled at BoJo during PMQ's, despite the furore that broke on the Tory benches. Fancy anyone accusing Boris of being racist. Such an outrageous and scurrilous attack with no foundation whatsoever!
Kuro
BBC muted the "we can still rise now and be a nation again" part of our anthem in the women's WC, for the third time in three games. I'm sure it was an accident.

Another successful SNP policy, where they actually care about the lives of Scots and are trying to improve them despite the flak they take for it. Easily the best govt Scotland have had in over 300 years, as its the only one we've had that puts our interests first.

welshbairn
The top earning BBC female talent. If you didn't know, Felz does the 5 - 6.30 shift on Radio 2.

Anti-semite anyone notice their report on the Scotland Government encouragement for more Scotland based students to be future doctors in Scotland? They manage to spin it as anti-English. Despite the fact it applies to residents of Scotland and there are proportionally more English in Scotland than Scots in England. They manage to spin an attempt by a government to improve the health of their population to a negative yet have no problem with a pm candidate doing the same for student “entrepreneurs “. they are not just biased. They are enemies of Scotland.

Salvo Montalbano
The top earning BBC female talent. If you didn't know, Felz does the 5 - 6.30 shift on Radio 2.She also goes straight from her Radio 2 show to do the Breakfast show on BBC London I think, which is why she seems to be paid very well for such a strange slot.

ICTJohnboy
Another kind of bias. The 10pm flagship news has just spent 20 minutes discussing all the decisions that went against the English woman's football team in their defeat against the US. This was of course their headline story, completely overlooking the fact that their programme goes out to Scotland, N. Ireland and Wales.

The 10 is British news and partly due to a population thing, is crowded by an English agenda. For a Scottish balance one should choose the 9. If you did last night, you'd have got two for one and the fabulous Allan Little's Children of the Devolution. There is now a cohort across various BBC programmes that are allowed to give voice to the possibility / probability of a independence vote and how that would be positive.
