Benjamin_Nevis
Thank you. I'm not into politics at all. (everyone of them is a c**t. IMO.) I just find whats happening to Robinson quite sinister and frightening. Today it's him, tomorrow it could be you.If a judge tells you to stop doing something illegal or else you'll be done for contempt and you do it anyway, it's not going to end well. There is nothing sinister here. Why do you think there is?

Do court journalists not do this every day? Think there's been a couple of precedents of it though, and it was only fines handed out, no prison sentences. -

I haven't looked at the case in-depth but what leaps out in terms of sentencing is that Stephen has previous convictions for (inter alia) mortgage fraud, assault and trying to enter America with a false passport and most journalists do not.

He's a short-arsed attention-seeking football hooligan. There's nothing sinister in someone knowingly committing a crime and being jailed for less than the max sentence. Especially when the c**t has plenty of criminal history.

There are loads of reasons why his case was more serious, not least because he was already on a suspended sentence for doing exactly the same a few months before. And this: Quote But the judges found he had encouraged others "to harass a defendant by finding him, knocking on his door, following him, and watching him". This created "a real risk that the course of justice would be seriously impeded", she said. Edited July 11, 2019 by welshbairn

resk
Two months in jail then. Isolated for his own safety so no shower bumming. Then back out again with an even higher public profile to continue fleecing money out of gammons. The c**t is at it.
