Have to agree, would have been a good look for someone to pipe up and out the Tories who are willing to stand by him

Salt n Vinegar
Just spoke to a pal on the phone who said something about him having heard about Boris trying to explain to Sikhs why removing Indian duties on whisky was a good thing. Someone wasn't convinced. The story is now at least third hand. Anyone got a link? No doubt his next demonstration of diplomacy will be to try to sell British pork sausages to Muslims.

Florentine_Pogen
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2022/apr/22/boris-johnson-democracy-ministers-partygate-removal "The proof of his vanished authority came 13 minutes before MPs were due to debate a Labour motion to investigate Johnson on the gravely serious charge of deliberately misleading parliament. Johnson and his team had hoped to order Tory MPs to block it, or at least to delay it. But too many Conservatives refused to do as they were told. They didn’t fancy going into the next election with their faces on opposition leaflets, alongside a reminder that they had voted to cover up Johnson’s lies about partying during lockdown. Downing Street was late getting that message. So late that, with just minutes to go, it had to back down and let Labour have its way."

Suspect Device
Angela Rayner story. Claims that Tories accuse Angela Rayner of ‘Basic Instinct’ ploy to distract PM ‘ludicrous’, says party chair | The Independent Who comes out looking worse in this? Angela Rayner for being a woman, the Tories who reckon she is 'deliberately distracting Boris by being a woman, or Boris who everyone thinks can't function properly if there is a woman with legs sitting across from him. Benjamin_Nevis
That this even entered the average Tory's head is further evidence that they're almost all fucking OFTW creeps
