Bully Wee Villa
Could he be extradited to America to face trial? My understanding is Britain can only refuse if the sentence could be the death penalty. Could be talking bollocks, though.

Not sure if extradition applies to civil cases, but there's no chance of it happening anyway to the son of the Queen. They can refuse extradition for loads of reasons, like he's mentally unwell.
Bully Wee Villa
Boooo. Talking of extradition, did America ever send over that woman who ran a British person over then fled the country? Guessing not.

Did you notice how that story resurfaced a few weeks ago at the same time as the Andy issue came back into the news? Very convenient. There's still Maxwell to come and she hopefully has decided to tell everything. The queen should also be getting heavily criticised for this for not encouraging him to go and help abuse victims. He has had plenty of time to deal with this but has shunned every opportunity. Guilty or thinking he is too big for the law? Hopefully the beginning of the end of the royals as we know them. Privatise the b*****ds.

Sadly there are too many subservient, forelock tugging cùnts in England (and some in Scotland) for it to make a huge difference.

There's also the uk media who would be lost without cheap royal stories. Hopefully this Andrew stuff really has an impact. They know it is ad there is a huge campaign to promote willie and Kate etc. Edited September 11, 2021 by HooseLee

How can they when the nonce is hiding in an attic at Balmoral?

Andrew will continue to plead innocence, while nipping about the country (he's currently hiding at Balmoral just now) avoiding direct contact with anyone serving papers. In a couple of weeks we'll get some royal lackey pointing out that, under some act dating from the 1600s, it's not possible for any of the royal family to face a legal system other than the British one. The royal family will just shrug, say "oh, man, that's like... a real pity, we really wanted to do this, but you know...", after which they'll promise to address the issue but not to the extent it's is applied retrospectively. Allowing the royals to continue their 'plausible deniability' and act as if their shit doesn't stink. Meanwhile Andrew will be able to jet around the world, enjoying life at the taxpayer's expense. The royals are an absolute grift.
Inanimate Carbon Rod
If theres any dubiety about the serving of the papers the pursuer can simply apply for a warrant to enter the premises Andrew is on and serve the papers on him. If he’s in Scotland that’s relatively simple to do.
GordonD
The good thing about him hiding away is that he can't abuse any more young girls.
Bully Wee Villa
Can they try him in absentia? His position would be even more awkward if he's found guilty.
