KingswellsRed
It is an interesting one. Is there a loophole in the law which allows masks to be removed for a selfie? I am going to guess her defence will be she was wearing one except when she was asked for a photograph.

Face masks: Time is right to remove legal restriction says Humza Yousaf https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-61132938 Nae bother pal. Two issues here. If the government had the slightest shred of medical evidence they were doing any good it would still be the law. Secondly, as has been pointed out if the FM won’t follow the “very strong guidance” why on earth should the public. She’s basically going full Boris with the do as I say not as I do nonsense. Even if there was stong evidence they work, they shouldn't be mandated in law at this point.

Loonytoons
I can think of 3 occasions now where Sturgeon has failed to wear a mask in an indoor environment despite it being legally mandated or advised through guidance: 1) The funeral incident in late 2020 2) The Prince Phillip memorial service last month 3) The incident in question this weekend It’s very clear that Sturgeon’s own personal feelings towards masks are in line with the majority of posters on this thread. She is effectively pandering to the simps through her public rhetoric on them. Point 1 was clearly an error that pretty much every single person has made.So much so that not one other party leader called her out on it.The other two are up for grabs though

DeeTillEhDeh
Nope. They’re both the same. So called leaders creating laws they expect us to follow while ignoring them when they feel like it. Even the most fervent of maskers will have inadvertently forgotten to mask when they should. I don't particularly agree with the masking policy (and have criticised Sturgeon elsewhere about this). But this video, like the previous snaps, look like another tawdry attempt at false equivalence. It certainly looks like someone waiting for a moment to catch Sturgeon without her mask. That's not excusing Sturgeon - there clearly has been a breach - but that false equivalence is dangerous in that allows the more severe breaches to be treated the same as lesser breaches and be then swept under the carpet. -

I see your point and it definitely has merit but I'd say there are levels of being a c**t and Boris and his cronies partying away while families couldn't visit their dieing kin is miles above not wearing a mask.
