Archie McSquackle
We have played a game less than Hibernian FC Club so we will need to be allocated points based on our points per game accrued so far this season. I believe this is 1.24 points. We are therefore in the top 6 and you're no.What's your game in hand? Get the pools panel to decide the result in the same way they do when loads of games cancelled for bad weather.

Phillips455
What I think should happen is for the Nations League tournament to be cancelled. This will allow for next seasons fixtures to be played during this time frame which can lead to a later start for next season. It allows some free time during the summer to play any postponed games. Hopefully the situation gets better by April/May but if not, this would still allow a gap between the virus passing its peak and the new season starting.

Wee-Bey
It'll just be like a transfer window for sky sports, rolling yellow and black headline banners when some English league 2 jobber catches it.

Season 2020-2021 starts immediately afterwards and/or in an abridged form. No League Cup perhaps, just two league games between teams instead of four and hopefully things are back to normal in time for July 2021 and the 2021-2022 season. A common sense approach? Which pretty much guarantees it'll never happen. They'll think up a much more complicated 'solution' for sure.

Sadly I suspect that it will be well into mid-2021 before any of us get to enjoy a "normal" footballing Saturday again. Until a vaccine is developed, tested, marketed and distributed globally, risks will simply be too great. Even optimistic commentators say a vaccine is a year away.

The Nations League is part of World Cup qualifying. It can be shortened, but I'm not sure it can be completely cancelled.

I think people are underestimating the scope of the issue. Football will get back playing at some point. It might be six weeks, six months or six years but it will return. When it does, if all clubs are still in business, we simply pick up from where we left this season. Hopefully that is in nearer 6 months time than 6 years. When that is done we start a new season. Whether that is in abridged format or not would be determined by when this season is finally concluded.

RinTinTon
Well, if most of our clubs aren't to go bust, som hard truths to facein the coming months. Maybe now is finally the time to merge clubs into regional identities and move Scottish football into the 21st Century. (Of course, if we don't want to get to World Cups and Champions League, then we don't need to bother). For a start, to get gates of 12-15,00 eventually: -the Dundee pair -the Angus clubs (Forfar Brechin, Abroath, Montrose) -the South Fife clubs (Raith, Cow, EF, maybe Dumf) -the Ayrshire Two (Killie, Ayr) -maybe with some Lowland clubs -the Steel Towns (Albion, Airdrie, Motherwell, Hamilton, maybe Clyde) -the Glasgow Balance (Sizzle, QP, maybe Clyde) -the Highland Alliance (Ross County, Caley Thistle, Elgin) -Farming Country (Stirling A, Alloa, St Johnstone) -Bermuda Triangle (Falkirk, Stennie, Livvie) -the River Clyde (Morton, Dumbarton, St Midd) ouch -The Border Rievers (QOS, Stranaer, Annan) -the Teuchters (Peterhead & Cove) -Edinburgh City -maybe joins one of H or H? With Old Firm, plus H+H and Aberdeen, that would make 17 viable teams, ie 32 games a year, plus resurrect the old League Cup format 4 teams home & away, seeded) Ideally 16 teams, but could you combine the Bermudas with the Farmers -maybe not cohesive enough.
