Deportivo La Coruna have been relegated in Spain but appealing as their final match wasn't played as players tested positive (game is being rescheduled I think). The fantastic twist here is that the teams around them that did play had results that meant win or lose Depo would go down anway, but Depo are still appealing because the other games going ahead was apparently unfair! The Czech have declared a league champion but annulled relegation and put up 2 teams promoted from the lower divison and reduced the lower division. How many solutions can leagues find! Clark gets to have no say on the merits of the case, unless there's a procedural issue. Also the arbitration isn't carried out by the SFA. Clark did express some disquiet at the potential expulsion and/or a fine of loadsamoney punishment that the SFA can dish out for attempting to sue before arbitration, but any complaints about that will only kick in after the SFA disciplinary hearing in early August, and that's not part of the arbitration proper.
