After learning that the attacker is, in fact, non-white, he has hit the ‘send armed response unit’ button as opposed to the ‘send social services’ one. It’s clear as day. ACABIn any incident an accurate description of the perpetrator is essential. How else would you ascertain who you were looking for without asking that question ? It's 100% reasonable in the circumstances and has no racial connotations what so ever. Norway, Iceland, Ireland, the Maldives, New Zealand, and the UK (excepting NI) are about the only countries where police officers do not carry firearms as a rule. Also walked past two or three rammiea and arguments atween junkies since lockdown. Mate was a concierge in the flats and they were finding folks dead behind the door almost weekly.
