Rewound it on BT Sport - the fourth official pointed out the Istanbul coaching staff member to be sent off, who then gets in his face saying "why you say negro" repeatedly. Seen elsewhere that the Romanian word for black (negru) which partly explains it, though not sure why you'd even describe someone by their skin colour to be sent off instead of just pointing them out.
