Such appointments are often a bust. he was brought in as an interim, won 11 or something on the bounce, and he is remember for far more than the 99 CL Final, their CEO is clueless in matters of football, should've let him be the interim until the end of that season. Using the coefficient proposal would make it fairly likely that at least 5 English teams would be in the CL every year, with 6 possible.
