What was shown on Thursday was that McGinn MUST play in an attacking role for Scotland. As much as I love Armstrong, he’s the player that drops out for me, with McGregor partnering McTominay. Ideally we would have had Gilmour as an option in there as well, but it is what it is.

Also as good as Christie has been, I’d have Fraser in instead against Israel.

Me and the gaffer are of one mind!

We've never even scored there have we?

I certainly can't remember a goal. Pretty sure we haven't

No.

0-2 in 2007 against a 16 year old goalie making his debut, and Graeme Murty playing for us. That jinxed us for qualifying for Euro 2008 when in a good position.

0-1 in 2015 when again in a good position for Euro 2016.

Absolutely howling in both games.

The one crumb of comfort is that Tbilisi is a beautiful city.

Who was the keeper? He made anything of himself?

Currently playing with Almeria in the Segunda division.

Seems to have had a reasonable career, if a bit of a journeyman.

Was 17 when he made his international debut against us. Surprisingly only has 10 caps.

It is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever visited (wasn't on a footy trip, so had loads of time to explore)

It is stunning, dramatic, and pleasingly mental...

If Scotland are to win tonight, we need to get the ball in behind them.

Denmark had a lot of success in the early part of their game by getting the ball in behind out wide and putting crosses in.

If we try to play slow, methodical stuff whilst looking for the killer ball to Adams then we will be waiting a long time for that.

Why is this being referred to as a European Qualifier in all the signage in the studio, on screen banners, lanyards and banners behind Steve Clarke in the pre match interview?

Because it is?

These are the European Qualifiers.
