Or Yogi Hughes.

Malky McKay would appear dead cert to be joining Yogis former club.

Just voted in the above poll for United's next manager

Saw John Hughes...thought yup quite likely to be him

Then saw John Yogi Hughes and thought he has a chance too

Ended up panicking and voted for Independent Green Voice

It's clear Mellon thought this league was easier than it is, when the season started United were on a good run, but as the season played out it was clear that without the early set of games they'd be fighting for relegation. Couple this with United being penniless and the league being stronger next season with the addition of Hearts (in place of Hamilton) it's obvious he's jumped ship.

Like Aberdeen, United will appoint the cheapest option possible.

I think Malky would do a great job in the SPFL.

That has to be tempered with the fact that I thought Alex 'worse than the plague, ebola and Covid 19 all rolled into one' Rae would be excellent at St Mirren...

Clearly, I know nothing.

A broad range there. If he wins League 2 he will have done well in the SPFL. If however he got a team relegated from any of the four 'top' divisions then he would have done a rubbish job in the SPFL.

Pardon?

That's nonsense.

First 10 we won 3, had one draw lost 6 including shipping 4 to Killie. (10pts)

Next ten won 3, picked up 5 draws lost 2.(14pts)

Next 10 won 2, 4 draws lost 4 (10pts)

Last 8 won 2, 3 draws lost 3 (9 pts)

Fairly consistent all season,so would be really interested in which early season saving games your refering to?

Of course it's nonsense, like most of the posts when a club is changing manager. I voted for John 'Yogi' Hughes, to keep in tune with the theme.
