Craig fae the Vale
Can't wait to host Spartans next week. We love this cup, 5 games played over the past 2 seasons and 5 wins.
glensmad
Can't wait to host Spartans next week. We love this cup, 5 games played over the past 2 seasons and 5 wins.Contrast that with my team, two games played and two defeats, no goals scored. [emoji849] I agree, though, it's a good competition, the most prestigious one to win at our level as it has all of the teams from tier 5 down in the Lowland Region competing in it.

Talbot supporter
Tinpot name for a cup Strangely low profile cup all in. Just doesn't have the name history prestige of the junior cup with the general public and never will and let's face that's a really big deal. Tinpot draw also btw. Agree with this but its probably a more difficult cup to win. Surely a non league Scottish Cup has to be introduced at some point in the future?
Inanimate Carbon Rod
Seems to be not many league games scheduled for the 16th April, be nice to see the next round slotted into that weekend to maximise the crowds etc!

Yeh just thought easter weekend would have been a belter for the South/east/west/LL’s premier competition!

That'll be because there's now 7 WOS League Cup games on that date though, which will allow the last 16 to start being played soon after that. It's also Scottish Cup semi-final weekend (no Premiership games). The EOS has had a full league card on this date since the fixtures came out so you can't really change things now.
