Blatant dive from Dele there not even close to being a penalty, have no idea about the hand ball I thought if it hit your hand at all in the build up to a goal it didn't count, assume this has changed at some point.

It has changed - now only comes into play, if goal scored immediately, which wasn’t the case here

It was mentioned on MOTD too, Shearer brushed it off, clearly a bit embarrassed. Sure he remembers the time he got off stamping on Neil Lennon's head by threatening to retire from international football, Kane doesn't even need to make the threat - England internationals have always been privilaged and the captain even moreso. Despite his rep as a model pro he's always been a bit of a dirty b*****d, and one of the main culprits of the very dangerous backing in when the other player is mid air (someone will get seriously hurt by this eventually).

Not much to add other than both are reds, and Kane's is quite a bit worse. The motd2 commentary was astonishing though, after the challenge the commentator said the free kick was for a Kane handball and was then bemused he got a yellow for it - truly a wtf moment.

Kane is a dirty b*****d and always has been.  For the record, his foul is much worse than Robertson's.  Jumping in, studs up on the shin, whereas Robertson, studs down, kicks the boys calf.

Meeting at 1pm to discuss postponing a round of premier league fixtures by managers.

I don’t think it should happen, the clubs who’ve had mass outbreaks should be upfront about what preventative measures they’ve taken.

If they were injuries and not Covid outbreaks they’d still be made to play with whoever they had available.

Taking a week break will go the same way as "three weeks to save the NHS" and "two week circuit breaker" did. The amount of cases aren't going to suddenly fall and if the present level is something that's worrying them, how do you start the league again against that backdrop?

I'd keep playing until the suspension is forced.

Reintroduction of daily testing before training, PCR’s before match day and the old Covid regulations is the most sensible way forward.

Covid outbreak and less than 13 available players and 2 goalkeepers - postpone the match.

They’re really backed into a corner with the season end date and the World Cup.

You're being a bit harsh on Alan there, it wasn't a stamp, it was just a volley to the head. Which didn't even merit a yellow card!

Can you imagine how much modern players would shit the bed if someone shuffled your feet off the pitch so they could get on with the game
