DrewDon
Lampard can turn Everton's fortunes around if he gets all his midfielders arriving late in the box to score heavily deflected goals.
Jambomo
I think Everton are one of the worst-performing teams in the league at the moment. I fully believe they’ll get relegated, they are abysmal.
CraigFairlie
Everton really struggling. Thought they'd push on in January, with appointing Lampard and making (what seemed like) decent signings with Ali and Van Der Beek but it's really not worked out. They'll be thanking their lucky stars that Norwich are always a dead cert for relegation. If Burnley and Watford win their next games, then Everton could be as low as 19th. Think it's the same issues as Man Utd are having, a total clear out required.
peasy23
I watched the first half before leaving to come to work and genuinely can't remember hearing Calvert Lewin's name being mentioned. You look at Everton's squad and think they have enough quality to stay up. And then you watch them play. [emoji85]
Iminavest
Seemingly Harry kane is a better number 9 than Lewandowski and a better number 10 than De Bruyne... I'll have whatever the sky sports boys are on!

Michael W
Roman Abramovic sanctioned and his assets, including Chelsea, have been frozen. Some suggestion this means they are not allowed to sell any tickets and their club shop has to close as well, although season ticket holders may still attend matches. In other news, four new signings have been announced at the club.
jamamafegan
Says on Google that chelsea had 28,000 season ticket holders as of April 2020. Unless it’s gone up significantly since then it’s possible Stamford Bridge could have 10,000 odd empty seats from here on now. And what about their cup games? Unless they give tickets away for free then they’ll pretty much be playing behind closed doors.

mozam76
The Government have issued a special license to Chelsea meaning that staff are paid, including players. Interestingly though, individual tickets bought before 10th March can still be used by fans. Should they beat Lille and Middlesbrough, I'd have thought that would mean no Chelsea fans at either the quarters of the Champions League or at Wembley in the FA Cup semi respectively.
charger29
Surely players can't be paid, Roman is bankrolling it allThey'll have to sell the club very quickly. £330m/year expenses on wages alone. Only £16m in the bank as of June last year.

Should they beat Lille and Middlesbrough, I'd have thought that would mean no Chelsea fans at either the quarters of the Champions League or at Wembley in the FA Cup semi respectively. There's chat of opposition clubs selling away tickets directly to Chelsea fans but I'm not sure how that would work for neutral venues - FA or UEFA to sell them to Chelsea fans? That would presumably mean that Chelsea would still be entitled to a proportion of the gate money so would that be frozen similar to how food and drink income supposedly will be? Can away fans attend Stamford Bridge with that gate money going a similar way? They'll have to sell the club very quickly. £330m/year expenses on wages alone. Only £16m in the bank as of June last year.I think I read that the sale is now on ice but could be wrong.
