Additionally it will be interesting to see what happens here within media, social media and the sport itself. He is awaiting trial. if he is not convicted, his legal status remains innocent. If he is found guilty then his legal status changes. Courts do establish innocence, with regularity. Incredible bravery from the girl and so sad she felt it necessary to take these steps.
