For the rules posters:

Wissa obviously came back onto the pitch there which would usually make him offside, but TAA's foot was also behind the line, albeit closer to it than Wissa. But I assumed that it didn't matter where you were off the pitch as it was a dead area so Wissa would be onside because TAA was also off the park? 

Please someone help me out

TAA being off the pitch behind the goal essentially puts him on the goal line to play Wissa onside as he's also on the goal line.

But... TAA wasn't the second last defender, hence it being offside.
