It’s clearly not the one seat that is the issue, but the associated licensing and extra costs that would seem to be an issue, for stadia with 500 or more. I don’t know what they are, but would seem that it would be fairly substantial or would not have been an issue in the first place. And I guess these costs would be borne by the sports centre, and by extension the taxpayer. When the champion club is coming out wi that (and I've always defended the SoSFL at tier 6) its maybe time to look at the SoSFL standing in the pyramid.
