meanmistermustard
I thought Ange was going to revolutionise Spurs and lead them to trophies. Seem to be the same ineffectual Spurs who achieve nothing.

TheGoon
Arsenal never got out of second gear there and didn’t really need to, Spurs aa limp as I’ve seen them recently.
Lex
Ange will be emptied by Christmas. Spurs are shite.
craigkillie
Thought Arsenal defended that lead very badly and yet still never really looked like conceding.
DukDukGoose
Not a great game but was played like an old fashioned derby. Arsenal deserved to win that. Spurs looked good for ten minutes in both halves.
Wee-Bey
Listen mate, I just pick the team. If the board wanna sack me, they'll sack me mate, it's as simple as that.
Crawford Bridge
Fat Ange is jut the modern Kevin Keegan. The press will lick his bum for his style of play but ultimately it will achieve nothing.

When he eventually gets emptied by Spurs for being pish he’ll get a huge compensation package. After the capitulations of Rodgers, Gerrard and now Ange down there it’s unlikely any team down south will take a punt on an old firm manager again.

Eh, I’m not entirely sure Rodgers should be on that list…

Rodgers did a good job at Leicester and won a trophy, it just went tits up. Gerrard had a bit of a fluke season up here, and Ange hasn’t really done any worse than any Spurs manager after Poch. Managers from better leagues have had much worse times of it.

craigkillie
Postecoglou did well before Celtic too, it wasn't as though it was his first job. He was hugely successful in the A League, his Australia team were dull but got the job done, and he was pretty good in Japan too.

Yeah, Tbf he has won titles in Australia and also the J League which is a pretty competitive league.

I mean his success in England can be debated, but he definitely wasn’t ever an Old Firm manager punt.
Bully Wee Villa
5 minutes ago, Grangemouth Bairn said: He’s been sacked by Liverpool and Leicester for under performance was he not ? Arsene Wenger was, eventually, sacked for under performance. Doesn't mean he did a bad job at Arsenal. Rodgers won the cup with Leicester and had them challenging for top four. He was pretty successful there for a fair while.
