It was quite difficult to make out what you meant but it read like you wanted to slide inside a man 40 years younger. It is punishable for up to 3 years inside but it’s his first offence. It will be a suspended sentence. It would quite humbling for him to have to do community service to bring him down a peg or two but probably won’t happen.
