Grangemouth Bairn
Given that Beale is currently serving in the dual role of DoF and First Team Coach and Bisgrove has went public saying he is now reviewing the DoF position in early September, I think Beale being ‘removed’ from his DoF role will be the first casualty of this season. The quality of his new signings and missing the deadline date for signing Tillman for a knockdown fee when he’s now likely to go for more than double this after his loan to PSV does not bode well for him. @AJFdo you agree ?

Looking like the early runners after defeats in their opening league match, far more pressure will be on Beale though, Johnson could prob ride 3 or 4 defeats, Beale will seriously be under pressure if he fails to win at home to us after losing to Killie.

I reckon that whoever goes it'll be for non-footballing reasons - e.g having it off with the physio, punching the chairperson, not giving someone complimentary tickets to a Rangers match, racist text messages ertc.

Leith Green
The boy Mcavoy now comfortably in the lead, which is quite remarkable given that few of us could even have placed him in a lineup a couple of months ago.

Savage Henry
There’s a massive air of negativity at St Johnstone at the moment. They also had a few clown shoes defensive moments yesterday. I could see MacLean walking away quite soon if they keep playing like that.

Nor walking away from managing in the top flight this early.

A win against Celtic and he’ll get manager of the month. Anyway, this is the sack race thread.
Ya Bezzer!
During his interview last night McLean looked like he'd have more chance of landing a Boeing 747 with three engines out than successfully managing a professional football team. You can see it, hear it, feel it. He just doesn't have it. Every player will know which is probably why no one wants to sign for him and the ones that have are absolutely demoralised.

Aye, and i dont think its worth mentioning MacLean on here until late October onwards (im aware he'll get mentioned every week). If we lose by double figures to Celtic in 2 weeks (which is a genuine concern) then that might change.
