Aberdeen v The Rangers - 23/24 League Cup Final

I couldn't tell at the time but having rewatched the Duk/Butland incident again - it appears to be a foul on Duk. Strong case for a penalty.

Not sure how that resulted in a freekick on the edge of The Rangers penalty box and why Don Robertson was so lenient with Balogun's impersonation of Rhino from Spiderman - near miss charging headbutt.

Aberdeen deserved f**k all, but that's a penalty at the end.

You can excuse the on field officials missing it due to being unsighted or whatever, but what is the point of VAR if not to ask questions about those sort of things ?

Very weird how certain incidents in certain penalty boxes involving certain teams get a laser focused review, while others don't even merit a 2nd look.

Yeah... Well.... If you don't want to give penalties away in the VAR era your keeper shouldn't scythe through the back of someone to try and play the ball....

Wait. That's not..... Give me a minute
