Ayr v Airdrie, I guess.

We welcome "insert reference to Clydebank and/or right wing groups" to San Somerset this Saturday for what is sure to be one for the ages.

Ayr are simply not very good just now, with a lot of apathy amongst supporters. We also simply can't buy a win at home. Airdrie are fairing a little better but do come into this one in mixed form. I expect a draw at best here if I'm honest, and I also predict a very toxic atmosphere if things aren't looking good early on. 

A win for Airdrie keeps them in the early hunt for play off spots, a win for Ayr would bring in an end to a turgid winless run and help to keep us away from the bottom for now.

Dowds is due a goal, Chalmers is back in and we are due a result. Although Bullens post match comments on Saturday look like we picked up 3 points for effort. 

If we don’t win on Saturday, there will be a truly dreadful atmosphere about the club they have managed to avoid by being away from home for 6 weeks. 
 

Either a 5-2 win for Ayr or a 2-0 win for Airdrie. 3 red cards and a steward superman punching an away fan.

C’mon - Bryden will be starting. It’ll be McKenzie/Rose replacing Dowds in the 70th minute when we are one down.

If we lose then it simply has to be the end for Bullen. I suspect Somerset could be a very toxic place come 4:45pm on Saturday.
