Last Post is typical Spoons. You'll get Saints fans in The Bankhouse, The Bull, Argyle and The Tile but all are OK with away fans.

For a walk on the wild side try The Patter Bar.

Thanks. Don‘t know Paisley well. Last game there was the 2-0 against Dundee United at this time of year, 6 years ago. Pints & free pies in the now closed Alamo.

Be interesting to see if we change the team. I wasn’t at the game on Saturday but the common feedback was that Vassell was poor. Watching the highlights he at least seemed to be involved in almost every attack we had but I wonder if Kennedy (if fit) might replace Vassell and play with Watkins.

I doubt many other St Mirren fans would criticise (or criticize?) you for being unhappy with the current form or a bit concerned.

Your credibility though is probably low because while your team had probably your most consistent 12/18 months in 30+ years you’ve been on here telling everyone they are rotten every week.

He has made a DVD of our relegations and watches them when we’re winning.

Even an underperforming Vassell is a massive asset to this team, if he's able to run then he should play every week.

15 hours of heavy rain leading up to kick-off then 36mph gusts of wind during the game. Similar conditions to the slightly farcical Motherwell 0-0 a couple of weeks back.

Hopefully when the ugly sisters head off to the bottom tier of the Super League, we'll seriously look at summer football for this country.

Ferguslie Park Avenue near the police station has had significant standing water the last few days.

Just be careful driving through tonight fellow Buddies and killie fans.

Hopefully the game goes ahead.

Fingers crossed and in your case @Buttocks Brown

Buttocks clenched!

or perhaps drenched!

Similar situation to the game at Ross County which was postponed on the day of Storm Babet because of safety concerns.

Obviously Kilmarnock fans wouldn't have as far to travel but we're in the middle of a named storm again. 5 games due to be played tonight, so will be interesting to see if they all go ahead.

TBH we can get days like this in July. Would save money on floodlighs though.

The arguments have been done to death, but if you were to start from scratch, only a madman would suggest having the most-congested part of Scotland's most-popular, outdoor, mass entertainment at the height of winter.

The reason we do it is because 150 years ago the Victorians set summer aside to play fcking cricket.

We could really do with getting back to winning ways, but Kilmarnock are one of the form teams and will be a tough game.

It's not a game I'd be putting on a coupon with any confidence; home win, draw, or away win - none of those outcomes would be a real surprise (cue Elvis saying that home win would be).

Any chance of this being called off? Anyone close to the ground or seen what state the pitch is in?

I doubt there will be any decision made (if it even comes to that) until much later given the close proximity. Pitch has been pretty much perfect during the what feels like umpteen pissing wet match days so far this season.

As long as its made by 6ish, should be before that. Just don't want a repeat of the farce we had at Hamilton a few years ago when the waited until everyone was there to inspect the pitch only to find it frozen.
