I had a cheese and chili muffin for breakfast, covered in Philadelphia too.

I was listening to the Danger Mouse & Black Thought LP when I ate mine and BT’s from Philadelphia, if that counts

I had a footlong, panini roll, fried onions, brown sauce and mustard...

It's my treat when I visit my old haunts....

(dunno if anywhere sells them here)

Sorry, you had onions - and nothing else of any substance - on a footlong roll?

I'm not a big fan of coleslaw but, to my shame, I do like the KFC coleslaw they serve as a side.

I'm fussy about my pieces - I don't like anything messy so anything that makes the bread soggy and limp (again, settle down Kenneth) is a no-no for me.  I don't even like butter or marge on them (mostly due to the taste) but will concede to it on a piece of toast. A nice bit of mustard or brown sauce etc if it's appropriate for the filling make it for me.

A favourite late-night supper for me in the old days was 6 slices of toast, with sausage, egg and bacon.  No marge, no sauce etc.

Love my toast...

Any one of marmalade, apple jelly or banana (coleslaw as said before)topping .

I do like my butter though..

Feck that is my daily dose of porridge out at the mention of sausages, eggs and bacon..

Quick check? I'm in luck....

I'll save it for lunch instead...

As our Dundonian contingent might say, I'm having a 'roll n peh'. I think...

Crispy roll, hot Scotch Pie whapped on it, and a generous lashing of broon sauce. Braw.

Shouldn't it be a peh on a roll?

I really hope you mean “half” slices because otherwise this is repulsive.
