What Are You Having for Lunch

What do you eat for tea? Quavers?

Nothing. I fast from lunchtime to lunchtime. 12 bags of Quavers is around 2000 calories so well under the recommended daily intake for an adult male. Seriously, the weight just drops off you.

Are salt and vinegar Quavers still a thing?

Don't know, don't care.

As an expert in Health and Nutrition I strongly recommend you switch to 6 bags of Quavers and 6 small KitKats.  This change will increase your mineral, vitamin and nutrients from "nil" to "negligible" + your Calories will be slashed to 1600.

Coronation chicken sandwich and a toffee crisp (I fancied a topic but Tesco appear to have stopped stocking them - at least there were none when I was there yesterday).

Mars stopped making them 2 years ago.

"What has a hazelnut in every bite?"

Spoiler

Squirrel vomit and/or droppings.

2 slices of wholemeal bread to make a half sandwich of corned beed and tomato,

and a half sandwich of cheddar cheese and tomato.

Glass of water.

Cox's apple.

Helping of P&B.

Take it you used the water in the bovril & put a pie into your sandwich?
