Some big names missing the cut at Riviera, some of them by miles. DeChambeau ended up at +2 after his second round, with the cut projected at level par. Rory is +7, Justin Thomas +8. Looks like Knox will miss it by 1, Martin Laird is +2 but has started his round with 2 birdies.

Knox may miss out still but those on +1 now at tied 66th.

65th and ties make the cut so looks more promising.

Laird at +2 but still 9 holes to play/

Edit to add that about 10 minutes later those on +1 back down to tied 70th.

Laird on to +1 as well.

Could end up with Laird effectively knocking Knox out

Could do with Kokrak and Fitzpatrick having good weekends here.

I’m having a bit of a betting nightmare. Ew punts on koepka and spieth might return something. Rahm bet not looking great. I have others too .. looking worse... much worse

Fancied DJ big time this week, but he was so short, 6-1 in a field like this is ridiculous. He was put up at 13-2 on Monday and the price was cut after half an hour.

Went for Cantley after last week's performance, Max Homa, Hoffman and Luke List.

Currently T6, a place for Homa at a decent price would be nice.

Few podcasts were tipping homa for draftkings and I avoided as I thought he would be too highly owned, this was a mistake! Who u fancy from here? Your boy cantlay will be close I’d think. Can’t see Burns lasting but I’ve took him as a cheaper pick in draftkings a few times. Solid enough player

Burns or DJ for me. Winning score 12-14 under.

If you're not already aware of them, would highly recommend https://www.golfbettingsystem.co.uk/ if you like a bet on the golf.

You can play around with their predictor model to base your bets on the usual stuff like GIR and strokes gained, but also types of putting surfaces, recent or historic form etc.

Cheers for this. Much better idea than my current eye test system I suspect 😂
