Ryan Wilson's case was dismissed in his ball grabbing charge, and Tim Swinson was given a 1 week ban.

Richie Vernon will be out for a while after shoulder surgery, no time given but the Warriors website says they hope he will return before the end of the season.

Wilson would have been found guilty had the victim been Jake Ball rather than Lee Dickson, IMO.

Fantastic performance by Glasgow tonight - 1 very well worked try, and kicking the penalties when required.

Russell and Hogg definitely back on form, and Tommy Seymour with an impressive return from injury.

Dunbar going off injured though. Seriously bad news if that's him done again.

Unlucky for Edinburgh tonight, had a bonus point in the bag up till the final seconds, but the London Irish away game was where we really messed up. This season still has a lot of promise though and hopefully we can focus on a top 6 finish in the Pro12 which is the priority

Hartley has been named as England captain. He claims that "he will lead by example" so Scotland better make sure the players all have goggles on and keep all body parts away from any English players mouths.

The Varsity Cup in South Africa has got some interesting try scoring point rules

5-point try: If you win possession inside your opponent's 22 area and score a try.

7-point try: If you win possession between the Halfway line and your opponent's 22 area and score a try.

9-point try: If you win possession inside your own half and score a try.

Conversions will remain 3 points.

It'll give the other teams a legitimate reason to hate us I suppose. The guy is an arsehole and an utter liability.
