Marten
Today I've been to my 100th ground in Scotland. Not bad considering I haven't even been here for 4 years and effectively only 2 1/2 years in which it was actually possible to go to football.Robertson Park is number 100. Lovely ground. Thorniewood United 1-4 Cambuslang Rangers

Jute
Clydebank 2v0 Dalbeattie. First visit to Holm Park. Pretty even game which was enjoyable to watch and even rain managed to almost stay off. Edited July 10, 2021 by Jute
Craig fae the Vale
A truly random one for me this morning as I took in a bounce game involving Bradford City at Millburn. They've been training all week in Scotland and finished off their trip by playing a wee in house friendly. Some real quality players on show, especially considering they're a League Two side.
Le Tout P'ti FC
Made it over to Ferguson Park to see the second half of Whitehill Welfare v St Cuthbert Wanderers.Red card given to a visiting player, I completely missed whatever caused it.

Marten
Tynecastle 0-4 Bonnyrigg RoseI'm normally not too keen on new builts. But they definitely got Meggetland right. Good place to watch football. Rose were strong and thoroughly deserved their win. I'd fancy their chances in the Lowland League. Tynecastle were not too bad though and probably would have deserved a goal, the scoreline was a bit harsh on them.
Le Tout P'ti FC
Easthouses Lily 2 Leith Athletic 5.Last of the pre season friendlies. First half was decent, game tapered out a bit.Crowd was 70 ish.
Craig fae the Vale
Never dull watching Garto. Tonight was Gartocharn 4-6 Blanefield Thistle in the Forth and Endrick League. Last 3 times I've watched Garto, there's been 11, 12 and 10 goals. Always entertaining this League.

The stand is distinctive and attractive, there's plenty terracing and it possibly has the best view from behind the goals in non-league football with that raised terrace. There's even a bar in the ground. The only thing it needs to be perfect is some covered terracing.

GNU_Linux
West Of Scotland Football League Division FourBSC Glasgow 0-2 St. PetersSpringburn Park SyntheticGround has potential for expansion & upgrading. Spectators & railing currently only on the entrance side but ample space for standing. Venue fully enclosed & stand alone ie not surrounded by other pitches. St. Peters win thanks to a brace from their number 9 which is a fair reflection of the team's performances. Attendance I'd guess in the 25-40 range.
Jute
Carnoustie Panmure 5 v 0 Forfar United in the midland league. Warmest I can remember watching football in the U.K. Neat little ground but could have done with a shed to provide shade today. The Mantis
9th July. Lewis & Harris League. Carloway FC 1 Back FC 9 Cnoc a'Choilich, Carloway. Admission £3. Attendance c100. High flyers Back see off strugglers Carloway and are 5-0 up at half time. Hat tricks for Euan Anderson and Connor Mackay and a double for Stevie Mutch. Joel Martin got the other one while DI Maclennan got Carloway's consolation at 7-0. The second photo looks like a goal, but it's actually the high point of the Carloway keeper's night as he pulls off a point-blank save to tip it over the bar... 9.
GroundhopScot
Benburb 1-0 Rob Roy could’ve went either way to be honest. ball in the air a lot, not many chances but by no means a boring game. Benburb #5 Ryan Docherty won every ball at the back. New Tinto Park’s wee social club is a gem too. Great day out will do well to find a more animated manager than Paul Lovering - kicked every ball!
