  1. Pretty sure that’s Cammy Smith’s chance in the first half, not the goal. It’s staggeringly bad positioning for a centre half.
  2. ————————McAdams————————— Rowe——Baird———Muirhead—Reading O’Connor—Murdoch-McInroy—Maxwell ——————-Ashford—Adeloye—————-
  3. Pretty dreadful game on a terrible stream. From what I’ve seen Dempsey looks like he might have something about him and Ashford’s mobile enough.
  4. Yeah, was just coming on to ask the same. Audio over a black screen.
  5. With us slowly acquiring more options in the squad, wonder if we’ll ever see an old fashioned 4-4-2. Reading & Maxwell swapping in for each other on the left. O’Connor or Gondoh on the right, any 2 of Murdoch, Dempsey & McInroy in the middle. Ashford & Adeloye up top. Bring Moffat on for one of the front two when legs are getting tired.
  6. The statement is titled United Against Discrimination so you have to think it’s more than just grief for being shite. Saw it mentioned somewhere, possibly Mathie’s twitter, that it was anonymous and they couldn’t identify the culprit. Hopefully someone knows who the cretin is and the banhammer from Somerset descends swiftly.
  7. Can someone tell Callum that our new signing is called Gondoh and that Ugwu is playing for Morton!
  8. I’m verging on hating the series but that’s because, like Vader, I think the character of Boba Fett has been ruined by the prequels. His appeal was the mysterious helmeted badass who stands up to Vader. Empire Strikes Back Fett does away with the Wookiee as soon as he has the upper hand.
  9. Forgotten how to do spoilers so I’ve hidden it in yours but it’s apparently lifted straight from the comics and the person in question isn’t dead but temporarily blinded.
  10. Obviously if Adeloye’s finishing or decision making was better last night we’d have won that comfortably but at least he’s getting into those positions. There’s literally no-one else in the squad likely to have done so. Hopefully he and Moff will develop a better understanding if given a few games together. It is concerning though as to where our next win’s coming from. If we can’t beat an equally rancid Hamilton team at home with chances like that it’s difficult to see who we will beat!
  11. Spent far too much time on coming up with a tweak to the Super Trouper one! I was sick and tired of everything Watching Scotland play in Glasgow We would lose or draw but never win Tournaments were a no-show. But now Steve Clarke’s here and it seems we are alright Yes we are alright, Suddenly we’re not so shiiiiite…. Cos we’ve got Souttar, Cooper, Robertson and Tierney, Gilmour spots the run, Adams scores for fun, Gordon is our number one. Yes, we’ve got Souttar, Cooper, Robertson and Tierney, Superb in dark blue, If the other team do Score one then we’ll just score two!
  12. For me, if everyone’s fit, it’s Gilmour, McGregor & McGinn every time. Jack would be a decent option to bring on if we’re looking to see a game out but he’s not good enough on the ball to start. Gilmour & McGregor seem to be building a very good understanding.
  13. I had to google who the voice was in the final post-credit scene. Thought I’d missed something!
  14. Reading was on a booking or I think he would have. Looked like he thought about it.
  15. Haven’t seen it back again yet but the goal we lost was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Murdoch missed his header, Fjortofft then let it bounce over him and either Baird or Muirhead seemed to try and shield the ball instead of just booting it clear. Loose ball ran for the Arbroath boy to finish despite McAdam’s best efforts.
  16. Salkeld should be an athlete as he’s not a footballer. He can run all day but has the first touch of a trampoline, can’t tackle and if he ever does get the ball under control inevitably dithers on it and loses possession.
  17. On a completely different level again tonight. The kind of player we’ve been badly missing for years.
  18. Still far from the finished article but night and day to Hopkin’s Hoofball. As others have said, thought we gave Dunfermline too much space at times and a better side might have punished us but what a pleasant change to see us passing the ball and actually carrying a threat going forward. Adeloye did well, O’Connor was hit and miss but well worth persevering with, Salkeld’s movement was good but he holds on to the ball too long far too often, I was just thinking I wasn’t too impressed with the Hibs boy when he did exceptionally well to set up the third. Just nice to have even a sliver of optimism for a change!
  19. Should be the first name on the teamsheet for the foreseeable future. Always looks for the ball, tries to be positive with it and actually has the technical ability to look after it in tight areas. Thought it was very noticeable the difference when he went off last night.
  20. Well, given Forrest’s been utterly shite for every one but two of his ridiculous amount of caps, I’d give Gauld a shot at his expense without any hesitation.
