So impressed with how much Anderson has improved over the season. He has developed into a really good all round striker - great intelligence, hard work and good finishing. Get a few more goals before the end of the season and there will be good offers in the summer.

Formation change worked for United, they dominated possession in the second half. Very fortunate for us that United had absolutely nothing in the final third. We had all the big chances though, should have scored well before we upped the tempo on that one bit of play. Quality passing from Obileye, Holt and eventually Devlin with a great cross. Big win, probably need 4/5 more points to get Top 6 from here. ETA - Outstanding games from the initial front 3 again. If we can get Nouble scoring, we'll be getting our passports out.

Interesting game. We were stinking at the start but have been really good since the goal (what a goal as well). United looking dangerous on the break when they are able to suck us up the park.

Terrible mismanagement. As I said in the last game, Dundee fans deserve better. So so easy. We could have had 6 with more composure.

Probably needing to beat at least 3 of Dundee, Dundee United, St. Johnstone and Motherwell to make the top 6, imo. Draws will kill us at this point when we're 6th of 7 potential teams. Hearts away will be very tough as will Celtic at home.

St. Johnstone 12. Dundee Any team that finishes in bottom 6 will be in danger. I think we will just miss out on Top 6 and slide down.

Difficulty being that I don't think Forrest is as good on the right as he is on the left. Maybe nullify him a bit by playing Nouble. Definitely a good dilemma to have. Big Handsome Seb Soto to start, imo.

It's the Scottish Cup, we will lose. Seems like Martindale will make a few changes for this, based on his comments after the Ross County game.

Don't know him personally but appears to be going through a difficult period which should excuse him from any twitter posts. Clearly a good guy along with the rest of the Almondview guys. Hope things get better for him if he is reading.

Konovalov is due to arrive this week but may not make it in time for Wednesday. If Soto tested positive for COVID, it was well after he showed up as he was at the Hibs game.

Been mentioned already but yellow + fitness was the factor here. Thought he had a decent first game back with some good deliveries. No idea what Chukwuemeka was doing. I'm not expecting him to chase the ball like a lunatic but he was lightly jogging around until he was rightly hauled off by Martindale. Really unfair on the rest of the team who were working their arses off. Hope he gets better but he still has some way to go to get up speed. I heard them saying this on Sportscene so I wondered whether we would appeal the yellow card for mistaken identity. Probably still enough in his 'push' that he would be deemed to have caused a potential infringement. Really poor decision from the ref regardless. I think you were being a bit unfair on Bailey as well, the front three were the best players against St. Johnstone. Well deserved victory that should have been a lot more comfortable. Have to give some of the blame to Martindale for not getting the players to calm down earlier. So many stupid yellow cards in what was an intense but far from dirty game. Montano should have been hooked after a good showing well before the ridiculous second yellow. After watching the highlights, I think that Aberdeen should have had a pen. I would have been screaming for that if it had been us. Very good performances all across the park for us. Forrest unplayable for the third game in a row. If he doesn't sign with us, he will get a good deal elsewhere.

Very long run ended today with Livingston beating Aberdeen at home for the first time since 24th April 2004. This song went to number 1 later in the evening.

Went for Obileye myself but Omeonga is also a fine choice.

Soto will be fine for Tuesday if Martindale wants him in the squad. Konovalov will hopefully be soon. That article is a load of shite, Martindale said he had 2 negative lateral flow tests and he was at the game on Saturday in the away end.

The only thing we need is for our keeper Konovalov's work permit to come through. A few times this season (including yesterday) Stryjek has been down during the game with 39 year old Gary Maley on the bench. Wouldn't surprise me if Stryjek's playing through the pain barrier for us.

Massive wind coming from the right side of the pitch likely held that up. Looks bad but I think it's just very lucky from Cadden. Excellent second half performance and scenes at Forrest's winner. What a game for my first one back in two years. Omeonga was a class above anyone else on the pitch.
