  1. MacIntyre flying again today, -5 through 11 and moves into the top 10 on -7, but still 5 off the lead.
  2. Who is caddying for Kuchar this year? [emoji23]
  3. Best of it is the Browns and the Steelers get to do it all again in two weeks time.
  4. So after all the build up, Kaepernick's work out didn't happen. His "people" refused to sign the waiver from the NFL, which the league have said is the standard waiver used at the combine. They also wanted to provide their own camera crew and from what I've read the NFL were very accommodating in most of the requests. At the last moment the venue was changed from the Falcons training complex to a venue 60 miles away.
  5. Been a mixed bag so far for the 3 Scots in the field at the Nedbank in Sun City. Robert McIntyre started with a round of 73, but had a bit of a disaster yesterday with a 76 that included 3 bogeys, a double bogey 7 and a quadruple bogey 9. He bounced back today with a 65 that lifts him to T21 on -2, but 9 off the lead. Scott Jamieson is level par after going 73-71-72, and is currently projected 67th on the road to Dubai and will miss out on the final tourney in Dubai. Richie Ramsay is on +4 largely due to the 78 he hit yesterday, which also included a 7 and a 9. He is right on the cut off point of 60th in the rankings at the moment. Daniel Young is best placed Scot at Q School after the first 2 rounds of 6, he is on -5 and is T13th, with the top 25 and ties after the 6 rounds getting their tour card.
  6. Goalkeeper hits a penalty, it doesn't go well.
  7. Nobody has said there was anything wrong with the initial hit from what I've read. I did think after that though Garrett made sure that Rudolph went down and also made sure his full body weight landed on him. Not suggesting for a minute he slammed him to the ground or anything, but imo he could have let him go after the initial tackle without them both going to ground.
  8. So the last 4 at the tour finals is Zverev v Thiem and Federer v Tsitsipas. Is it just a temporary blip or is it a sign that the powers of the big 3 might just be starting to wane?
  9. Jay Ajayi back in the game with the Eagles, as he takes the place of Darren Sproles on the roster who has been put on the reserve/injured list.
  10. Rudolph hasn't said too much, but it was unclear after lots of replays what exactly he was trying to do when they were wrestling on the ground. It looks like the glove on his left hand gets caught on Garrett's face mask, but he definitely has a tug at his helmet (fnarr fnarr) with his right hand before Garrett goes fucking radge. Whatever the provocation, the reaction is just roid rage levels of OTT. As well as Garrett's ban, Pouncey has been banned for 3 games for swinging punches and trying to kick Garrett in the head, Ogunjobi gets 1 game for decking Rudolph while he had no helmet on, and both organisations have been fined $250k. And Randall should get a ban too, and the reaction of both the Browns fans and him when he was ejected while the guy he hit was being helped off the field with blood pouring from his ear was appalling.
  11. Seconded. I'm trying to figure out how many layers I can put on and still be able to move for the trip to Shotts tomorrow.
  12. Here's the helmet to helmet hit that Randall was ejected for, that left Dionte Johnson bleeding from his ear.
  13. It was mayhem, with 8 seconds left on the clock and the Browns 21-7 up. Pouncey might get a ban too, although he didn't manage to kick Garrett in the head when he was on the ground, it wasn't for the want of trying.
  14. Can any team lose while winning like the Browns? Myles Garrett can probably start planning for Christmas after he battered Rudolph on the head with his own helmet, for which he was ejected, while 2 other Browns players also got dq'd during the match.
  15. Vaguest statement ever. Doesn't even mention what they are supposedly expressing regret for.
  16. Pakistan will play their two Tests against Sri Lanka in December in their homeland, playing the two matches that make up part of the World Test Championship in Rawalpindi and Karachi. It's now 10 years since the Sri Lankan team bus was attacked in Lahore.
  17. Nadal should be out, but Medvedev shat the bed from 4-0 and 5-1 up in the 3rd set to lose it on a tie break.
  18. Raymond Poulidor passes away, 8 times on the podium at the Tour de France without ever reaching the top step. Unfortunate to be racing at the same time as Anquetil and Merckx or undoubtedly he would have managed at least one win. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cycling/50403160
  19. It seems very much like the last chance saloon for Kaepernick, if nobody picks him up after this then he is finished in the NFL imo. Sources are reporting that the NFL have said they had already had teams enquiring about his fitness and readiness to play, but the Dolphins so far are the only team I've seen mentioned to confirm they will send someone to watch the work out.
  20. "The Eternal Second", Raymond Poulidor, breathes his last. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cycling/50403160
  21. So either Federer or Djokovic will bow out at the group stage at the tour finals after Theim beat both of them in his first two games to book his spot in the semis with a match to spare.
