  1. England take the 3rd new ball and give it to Curran and Stokes. Think Root might be actively trying to get the captaincy taken off him.
  2. They don't seem to be bothered about what misdemeanours anyone has committed either on or off the pitch, given that OJ Simpson is on the list of the top 12 running backs.
  3. The Steelers v Browns brawl racked up over $700k in fines. [emoji23]
  4. He said the other day he is carrying a few more pounds than he should be due eating a lot of shite after the baby was born a few weeks ago. You would have to think there is more to it than that though.
  5. Still no wickets for England although they are keeping the scoring rate down. On the plus side, the 3rd new ball is due in a few more overs time.
  6. Brendon Todd has a 2 shot lead after the 3rd round of the RSM Open as he looks for a 3rd consecutive PGA Tour win.
  7. Certainly didn't look like a red to me, but the ref was only yards away so had a much clearer view than any spectators. He missed a clear 2 handed push on Michael Hardie by McRobbie which led to the move for Glencairn's second goal, and was also very inconsistent with his yellow cards in the second half, Mitchell should already have been on a yellow when he picked up a caution for an atrocious attempt to win a penalty. I am a little bit mystified as to why we got a ref from Musselburgh tbh.
  8. There doesn't look like there is enough in the pitch to cause either side major problems, but England have been there before and inexplicably found new ways of collapsing.
  9. Someone on here has experience of shagging a hunchback.
  10. MacIntyre hit a 68 to move up to tied 21st on -3, while Kitayama hit 77 to end up second last on the leaderboard at +7. Would take something catastrophic from Bob tomorrow for him not to end up winning the Rookie of the Year.
  11. An 8 shot swing so far today in MacIntyre's favour as he has gone -4 for his front 9 while Kitayama is +4 thru 13 holes.
  12. Australia finally made 580 all out, Pakistan falling apart already in reply at 42-3.
  13. It was a brilliant innings and well supported by de Grandhomme and Santner, but England's bowling away from home isn't great. Archer comes into the set up bowling 95 mph and threatening the stumps, and within 6 months he is bowling under 90 mph and being asked to bowl short stuff even when none of the batsmen are showing any interest in hooking or pulling the ball. Baffling to me.
  14. New Zealand lead by 41 runs at the close. Pretty dismal from England, they are going to ruin Archer by asking him to bowl short stuff far too much.
  15. And Root gets a wicket. [emoji23]
  16. And Stokes drops a good chance off of Root's bowling.
  17. And the very next ball from Leach stays low and catches the batsman lbw, but he is saved on review as it got him outside off stump.
  18. 1 set all in the doubles between Spain and Argentina.
  19. Yep, 80 overs. They would be as well getting Root and Leach to rattle through these next 10 and get the new ball, they don't look like doing anything with this one.
  20. Wasted review by England, commentators called it as an inside edge right away.
  21. Impressive effort by the crowd at Mount Maunganui, they've managed to tan the entire stock of beer for the whole test match inside the first 2 days.
  22. For somebody who fairly recently could hardly land his ball in the golf course, never mind the fairway, it's a stunning turnaround in fortunes.
  23. Todd has gone 66-66 in this weekend's PGA Tour event, but -10 only has him tied for 7th. His last 11 rounds his average score is 65.64, and he is -60 to par.
  24. Think Smith is being realistic enough to realise that he can't flog Andy by playing him every day, and that he is confident that the doubles can win their games, so only needs one win from singles. Evans wins the third set tiebreak to put GB into the semis with a 2-0 win over Germany. Edit: it's either Spain or Argentina in the semi final, they are tied at 1-1 after the singles with the deciding doubles match due to start soon.
