Have they read us discussing the form table on this thread and posted it? Fair enough Seen as you're reading, can we shoot towards the SRE in the second half? I prefer that. Please and thank you. -

We all finally got the squad update we were after and this place is still a mess. #weareunited -

Robbie Mutch has completed surgery on a shoulder injury and will be out until the start of next season's league campaign. Paddy Reading will also miss the end of this season with a knee injury that did not require surgery. Andy Murdoch is on schedule in his recovery but won’t play before the end of the season. Frankie Musonda sustained a muscle strain on international duty and will return to light training this week. Nathan McGinley suffered a muscle strain in training and will be assessed this week. Kurt Willoughby missed the matches against Queens Park and Airdrie due to illness and he should return to light training this week after a course of antibiotics. Logan Chalmers is recovering from a foot injury and will be further assessed this week. Ben Dempsey will return to training this week. The players injured on Friday will be assessed through the week in the lead up to our match on Saturday. -

They did that against Partick at home as well when we took the lead near the end. I love that shit. -

This is a truly tragic turn of events. -

Yup, especially considering our total only goes up 8 points to 26 if you include the 10 games before his appointment. There's been some awful performances (Pars away and QP last week) and some baffling selections - but it cannot be denied that we've seen a huge up turn in form and number of goals scored. Things have been far better under Brown, and despite the huge Bullen love-in, its clear it was absolutely the right choice to empty him. -

So that marks 9 league games under Brown's tenure, I think (10 since he was appointed, but he was in the stand for the Arbroath win at home). So with a quarter of a season under him, what's the general consensus? 5 wins and 4 losses is the record. Do we feel we are starting to look quite safe? Are we confident going into next season? Is the jury still out? Is this squad just far too inconsistent to make a judgement on managerial ability so far? Noticed this form table and couldn't believe it. This league is nuts. -

Pleasing. Just keep picking up enough points like that to give us a gap to the bottom two. Very happy. -
I really hope it actually is folk writing a dissertation and we end up with quotes from p&b in the final submissions. 'the vast majority of respondents responded sarcastically to the proposed notion' 'the most common answers fell along the lines of "f**k the old firm, they're c***s" '. 'it is concluded that no further research is required on the topic'

Are the Media Against Your Team?
AUcal replied to Darren Adams's topic in Scottish Premiership General Chatter
The outrageous anti-Ayr bias in Scottish football media has gone on long enough and I for one simply will not stand for it anymore. -
Gadz man. Gadz.

If you look closely the footage, it doesn't look like a ship. Looks more like missiles to me. Makes you think. Got to wonder what they're not telling us.

It's probably one of my favourite shows, just loved it. Yeah a friend of mine has some family that stay around Baltimore who have said that while the impoverished areas are probably among some of the worst in the country, those areas are quite isolated away from the areas of the city that anyone else would chose to explore - I guess that's all part of a cycle of an area becoming further impoverished. I have heard that Baltimore itself is a very nice city, may need to visit one day. I think the show probably served as way to show a more overall picture of the struggles in inner city American cities, as opposed to it being solely a representative of 1 city that had been struggling. Seasons 3/4 of The Wire are probably the best of the series, if you haven't seen that far in yet.
-
True. Made for great viewing on The Wire though.

Just had a wee look at both of these grounds and I'm very excited at the prospect. A double on the cards I think. Cheers!

Some turnaround that -
Hearing reports that the ship hitting the bridge was due to someone on-board deliberately trying to cover up for there being some dead sex workers in the hold.

Down in London this week and next for work, looking for a game to go to Friday / Saturday. Any recommendations? Preferably something other than premier league sides. Was thinking AFC Wimbledon, as I'm a big fan of their story and rise and noticed they had returned to Plough Lane (I assume not on the actual original site).
