I agree with a lot of what you say, but that's an odd comment. A butcher offering traceable, local meat and game will surely be a winner. Certainly better than the plastic wrapped, pink stuff on offer in supermarkets. I'd like to think shops that provide a first class service and goods will survive. They might need to fully embrace Internet ordering and delivery but I'm sure given the way food outlets have taken that idea on board so might others.

From days long, long ago Procul Harum and Caravan have good albums with orchestra, Metallica with orchestra is really good and Kiss with an orchestra is great, if only to see the orchestra in Kiss makeup.

I've just heard an orchestral version of Heard It Through The Grapevine, the classic Marvin Gaye song. What's with this trend of big orchestras covering classics? I get singers doing their versions of songs (Michael Mcdonald does a great Heard It version) but orchestras? There's even orchestral Oasis. James Last style pish for today, I'd say.

Rubbish. A streaming service played through a really good streamer, amp and speaker set up is outstanding. The sound quality will be appalling if played through stuff not fit for purpose. Still nothing to beat playing LPs through a good system, though.
