I got my first ever steroid injection last week into my hip joint. The thought of a needle going directly into my groin and travelling that distance wasn’t exactly filling me with joy, but whilst uncomfortable it was nowhere near as bad as I expected. Booked in to a private physio in Hamilton next week. If nothing else they can hopefully rule out that's an area that can help me! I'm guessing I'm not getting a phonecall today. Does this mean I'm free? Or more likely to be phoned tomorrow? Same here when I was on the panel three or four years ago (pre-Covid). I had to phone in each morning but always got a recording saying I didn't have to turn up.
