Tony Ferrino
Using my wife's boss' rubarb last night I made crumble. Using butter, flour and sugar and boilng the root veg I created something beatiful. Served with either Aldi custrard or Elmlea it was something to behold.

I like the way you've made them look like a married couple and they're both being sick.

Next one I'm going to swap the sausagemeat with either chicken shawarma or lamb gyros (posh donner kebab for the puddle drinkers)

Well done and that took some skill. I admire you. Taste-wise, semi-soft eggs have no place in Anglo-Indian cuisine unless one's making kedgeree. -

What if I replace sausagemeat with a fish/ rice mixture ? kedgeree scotch egg !

You'd have to be careful to gently crush Basmati rice (rather than turn it in to a paste) and ensure you used smoked haddock AND had a good blend of spices. I'd also use rice flour as the coating rather than breadcrumbs. Otherwise? I'd say that would be genius. Masterchef levels of competency and I'd certainly buy it. I think you just invented a new dish, bud. Edited April 28, 2017 by The_Kincardine -
