throbber Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 When I have chicken thighs I mix them in a marinade with soy sauce, garlic, ginger and brown sugar then cook on the hob with a good glug of oil and then when the thighs are cooked boil the remaining marinade until it turns into a thick glaze.
