This one is at Polekemmet Park near Harthill. I was always surprised it's painted green, but then I'm surprised the grass is green there.

Indeed. Mr Boardman provides credence to my theory that in those days, simply being from Ireland, London or Liverpool entitled you to a career in stand-up if you wanted one. Being funny wasn’t a requirement.
