Things you want to share with P&B

I've recently discovered I hate drunk people. They have a habit of walking down my street at all times of the night shouting at each other, despite being only yards from each other. I'm sharing this as it's a new discovery, and because it's not petty, it's a huge burning hate from within the soul of my ancestors

East Fife today, ticking off the 33rd senior football ground in Scottish football I've visited. Two points:

1. I haven't actually seen Morton win a game since this cup weekend last season - 363 days ago. Not very notable at the worst of times, but off the back of the best season since the 95/96 side it could be a jinx.

2. As a glowing tribute to the seethe, it turns out that an East Fife fan has gone to the trouble of creating an alias of yours truly, posting solely on their monstrosity of a club forum, just so they can be offended about it. Oh dear. They're certainly closing in on Celtic fans at being the 'Liverpool' of Scottish football.

Only reference in the Courier was to an upturned car where the driver did a runner; they also mentioned the roads being shut off but the road in question was open, it was surrounding roads that were closed. Also nothing in the report to justify the level of activity (driving along Drumgeith Road there were 5 police vehicles there alone including a dog van).

Unless there's more to it than has been reported it may not have been the same incident.

Sounds like Jason Bourne was loose in Dundee

The Shrugs, mate. You can listen to our debut EP here -

It would be nice to be part of a record label and to no longer be an unsigned act, but a lot of hard work is still required even if we agree a deal with them. Unusually, this record label is a non-profit one, meaning that they will release our future music in the form of free downloads available to everybody. We can still sell hard copies of our music for whatever price we want. What they have promised us is instant audience expansion and the opportunity to be recognised not just in Scotland but elsewhere in the UK, as well as finding more paid gigs for us. At this stage in our development as a band, it is probably wiser to focus on gaining an audience rather than worrying about income.

So, anyway, we shall see..

Good stuff. Well keep plugging away I suppose.

I just shoplifted booze from sainsburys. Good rush, stolen booze is yum. That's what I am p+b, a hunter. See what I want I just take it. Unreconstructed. Like I'm in the special boat service or something. If it wasn't for people like me you'd all still be living in caves.

The idea that we evolved from cave dwellers to house dwellers as a result of shoplifting is one of the more esoteric ones I've seen on P&B. Mind you I wouldn't be surprised if some of the usual suspects came along and tried to validate the claim.
