aidan-bufc Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 Good point for him today. I think the supporters reaction is well over the top Agree, let him bring in more of his own players in January and then sack him if he fails to turn it around. 7-2 Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 The owners must surely see whats going on and realise they need to change things Successful business people do not let anyone tell them what to do. Their inner reference is what makes them successful. They don't like failure or losing money either but it doesn't appear to have gone too far yet so they'll still be putting their ego before anything else. The more they're told what to do, the more they'll dig their heals in. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rab B Nesbit Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 To be fair to some of those 800 or so away fans at Anfield yesterday they chanted his name first half. Think their feeling guilty! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Thumper Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 To be fair to some of those 800 or so away fans at Anfield yesterday they chanted his name first half. Think their feeling guilty! Away crowds are always going to be more supportive. It takes a special kind of arsehole to make a trip of potentially several hundred miles to boo one's own manager, and there's less safety in numbers as well. Plus, who couldn't be happy disappointing Liverpool. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Swampy Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 How Steve Kean is still in that job is beyond me. He should probably leave for his and everyone connected to Blackburn's sake. It's clearly evident that both parties aren't for each other. You could argue that on a results basis he should go but for his own sake? Nonsense. It's a well-paying job in the biggest league in the world. Letting a few oversugared idiots hound him out is not in his interests at all. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted December 30, 2011 Share Posted December 30, 2011 Blackburn fans have been acting like c***s from pretty much day 1 since Kean took over. I do think Kean has been fucked over big time by the owners, remember they promises or Champions League football in a few years, and talk of trying to sign Beckham, Raul & Ronaldinho last season EDIT: I can give one bit of advice to Kean, don't feed the players chicken just before kick off! craigkillie Posted December 31, 2011 Share Posted December 31, 2011 Leading 1-0 at half time at Old Trafford now through a Yakubu penalty. They have defended really well and knocked the ball around very confidently in midfield. Kept the ball for nearly a minute at one point and almost created a chance for Rochina at the end of it. They'll probably go on to lose, but they don't look like a relegation side. Perhaps if the crowd got behind them a bit more at home they'd pick up some more results. Their performance compared to the Bolton one is like night and day. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
The likes of Yakubu and Rochina should keep them up, they will lose this game 4-1 though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
I agree with what you're saying but for 85 minutes of just about every game I saw them in last season Blackpool looked nothing like relegation candidates. Unfortunately both sides have a self destruct button and let in far too many goals to stay in the league. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
