Tommy Nooka
Folk do love a good physical transformation for an Oscar nod. Combine that with an LGBT role and you're a stick on!Jared Leto, Matthew McConaughy, Charlize Theron, Tom Hanks, Sean Penn...... 19QOS19
I'm guessing none of you watched Extras? Kate Winslet well and truly nailed how you get an Oscar
11thHour
Moneyball - 8/10. Cant remember how many times I've seen it now. Love it every time.
We Are Pars Fans!
David Brent : Life on the road. Pretty shit. The odd funny moment but thought was poor. No characters from the office appear which was another disappointment. 3/10
KnightswoodBear
Finally got a rare trip to the cinema to see Star Trek Beyond this afternoon. Easily the best of the 3 "Kelvin Timeline" movies. Felt like an old school TOS episode and had a bit of humour running through it. Miles better than the last one. 8/10
Bobby Skidmarks
Saw 'Mike and Dave get Wedding Dates' last night. Wish I hadn't. 2/10
Ira Gaines
Gods of Egypt Probably only really worth seeing for it's laughably bad CGI. Some incredibly funny stuff to be had there. Other than that, it's a big pile of gash. 2/10
Blootoon87
Murder By Death. Just heaps of funny wee lines through this and Peter Falk absolutely smashes it. I have no idea what happened in the end though. 7/10.

Blootoon87
Aye, you're my muse. I think i'd seen most of it when I was younger but I hadn't seen it all the way through.
19QOS19
I've not seen it myself but I've seen it advertised on Netflix. Will need to give it a go.
GrahamJags
Nerve - 4/10. Pretty poor. The way they are desperate to highlight modern technology and how OMG ROFL COOL it is throughout is cringey as f**k. Emma Roberts is a total wid though. Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates - 4/10. Couple of funny moments but overall, pretty terrible. I usually like Aubrey Plaza but thought she was terrible in this. David Brent: Life On The Road - 8/10. Nowhere near as good as The Office, and I don't think the film is particularly funny for the most part, but for how darkly Brent is portrayed, it is a fantastic film. Utterly tragic, and very well-written.
We Are Pars Fans!
The Martian - On Sky cinema, Brilliant film. Matt Damon is fantastic in the role. Damon's character is left behind on Mars and is just surviving (castaway similarities) 8/10

GordonD
The Program - about Lance Armstrong's exposure (and I don't mean the Lycra shorts). HMV in Princes Street shuts at the end of the month and I got the DVD in the five for twenty quid sale.
